Control Room is available after connecting an authorized wallet. Its navigation and management pages are hidden from other wallets and disconnected visitors. Opening an administration URL directly requires the same authorized wallet.

Page Purpose
Overview Launchpad totals and links to management pages
Token graduation Find tokens, review reserves and manually graduate eligible markets
Fees & treasury Collect protocol fees, process project budgets and manage protocol buybacks
Settings Update minimum initial liquidity for future launches

Switching or disconnecting the wallet immediately removes administration controls. Interface access and contract permissions are separate: factory ownership governs manual graduation and launch settings; treasury ownership governs protocol spending and official-token binding. Adding an authorized viewer does not transfer either ownership. Blockchain records remain public.

Manual graduation#

Open Token graduation, select a charging token, and review the current USDC and token amounts entering the canonical Uniswap V4 pool. The factory owner can graduate an eligible token below the automatic 5,042 USDC target. The preview specifies the maximum unused tokens sent to the fixed dead address. Confirming preserves price and liquidity protections; buy and sell continue through Rearctor's original hook.

Fee collection and processing#

Open Fees & treasury. The protocol collection table has its own search and pagination. Collect fees from one token or select up to ten vaults for one transaction. Selection resets when changing pages or searches. The app rechecks live claimable balances, excludes already collected sources, simulates the transaction and includes gas headroom. Proceeds enter the dedicated protocol treasury.

The project-budget directory below the treasury shows each token's buyback and liquidity allocations. Collected token budgets may be burned separately. Buyback, conversion and reinvestment obey the on-chain price, size and cooldown limits; V4 fees can be collected into the token's vault before distribution.

Protocol-funded REARC buybacks are manual. The treasury owner chooses the amount for each execution. There is no automatic percentage reserved for these buybacks. Creator allocations and individual project budgets remain separate.

Launch settings#

In Settings, the factory owner can change the minimum initial liquidity for future launches. The current deployment starts at 1 USDC. Values must meet the deployed factory’s minimumSeedFloor(), use at most six decimals and stay strictly below 5,042 USDC. The next deployment enforces a hard floor of 1 USDC; the existing Testnet factory still permits smaller values. Existing liquidity and fee allocations remain unchanged. Previous immutable deployments show their fixed minimum without an update control.

Network profiles#

Arc Testnet is the current deployment for new test launches. Arc Testnet · previous preserves access to earlier tokens and treasury balances on the same test chain. Their factories, treasuries and indexes are separate. Selecting a profile does not migrate contracts or grant ownership.

Read Security for custody and contract permissions, and Network for network configuration.
